When will Superfan support Apple Music/Android?
We may or may not launch new platforms and streaming services, depending on demand. We're an extremely small team, so it may not be as quick as you'd like. To let us know that you're interested, you can join the waitlist here.
How do I leave or delete a group?
Within the group, there should be an option to leave or delete the group in the menu in the top right corner. You won't be able to rejoin unless you get another invite from a member of the group.
Can I remove someone else from a group?
Unfortunately, not right now. We recommend creating a new group and inviting the people you want to be in it, then leaving the old group.
How do I delete my account?
Within the app, you can go to Settings > Delete My Account to request that your account be deleted.
How can I permanently stop Superfan from tracking my music?
Go to your Spotify account settings and click on "Apps". Click on "Remove Access" next to Superfan.
Why don't my stats show up?
When you first join the app, we don't have enough data to show you your stats. At the end of your first week, you'll start to see them!
How do I switch the account I'm logged in as?
You should be able to log out of your current account and log back in with a different account.
I think my data is wrong, what do I do?
Occasionally there are issues with the data tracking. Sometimes logging out of your account then logging back in helps to re-start your data tracking. If that doesn't work, you can reach out to me at support@superfan.social and I can help you out. Please just send the email from the email address associated with your account.
My recap is missing data from Friday, what do I do?
There is a known issue right now where we sometimes miss data from Fridays, because we have to calculate your Recaps on Friday mornings to be ready for the drop. We're working on fixing this!
