This song ,,, whew. The branding for this upcoming era and the comments she’s been making made this song too predictable for me. Her blunt brat lyricality just doesn’t work here and didn’t carry the same weight it had had before. It doesn’t feel effortless and honest it feels childish and dare I say,,,, unintelligent. Also the production is ugly to me especially bc it’s not even a two minute song. I hope she proves me wrong w the album ~~
