Everytime I relisten to this album front to back, the nostalgia of the release of midnights always floods back to myself. Being a senior in college, during the fall. Peak football season, and I remember hearing You’re on Your Own, Kid and thinking this was quite literally the most standout song of the entire album, and look at what it produced. A staple of a pop album that I enjoy revisiting always.
