I'm quite new to listening to death metal, so I wasn't really sure what to expect from this project. Maybe a 40 minutes album isn't the best place to start since I felt overwhelmed after a few songs, but that's totally on me. I was still able to find this album interesting and well produced. The deep lyrics accompanied by the sharp vocals make each song loaded with emotions. I will definitely return to some of them, just not all at once.
