This EP quickly and seamlessly turned me into a lifelong Trudy fan. I’m dedicated to this band and singing its praises, often thinking of getting a tattoo dedicated to this project. Trudy’s music paints a picture in my mind I often wish I could dive into and live in. Their early cover art really set this in motion, but it progresses with each release. It’s strolling through an old-timey carnival, hand in hand with the love of your life, a full moon above, smiling back at you, it’s perfectly warm and the air smells of sweet citrus. I have a playlist dedicated to songs I would play for the moon and Trudy makes many appearances on it. I like to think the moon and I are like this. 🤞🏼 I just know she’d love them too.
