the take
I'm still not quite sure why it took me so long to finally listen to this album. Yumi Arai goes beyond Japanese pop to explore many other genres throughout this record, with the help of a variety of interesting instruments. Mainly composed of ballads and slower songs, this album can't help but make you feel serene. It could be the perfect soundtrack for a cozy dinner. Oh, and can we also talk about how beautiful the cover art is?!
