the take
This album is probably Radioheads best work because of how cohesive it is. This album doesn’t have anything that places it at a 10/10 but it’s definitely recognizable and not forgettable. I’d have to say that “Nude” is probably my favorite song on here. Most of the songs are 10/10 but what really brings this album down is the failure to really deliver a well and strong message. It starts of strong with bodysnatchers and 15 step which are great, but then the album just goes into a spiral of overall sad songs which doesn’t really impact as much if they would’ve provided at least one more upbeat song at the beginning. Overall, the album is really enjoyable but not exceptional.
