the take
Probably top 3, if not the greatest Midwest Emo album of all time. There isn't a bad song on the album, and I can't stop listening. They did such good work for it being so early on in their career that every album they released afterwards honestly can't compare. You can never go wrong with throwing a trumpet in a song for no reason either
slow burn
guilty pleasure
obsession
late-night drive
liminal
dissociative
nostalgic
soul-crushing
no skips
stare-at-the-ceiling
would listen again
on repeat
