Great album holy cow. The peaks on this album are mountainous. The bridge in Sunday night that makes me stomp my foot and lament about a relationship that never happened. Wrong place wrong time instead for me. The entirety of Honolulu, the tropical repeating chord progression to the big dramatic chorus the outro repeating “our story only just, it just began, surely it should never end.” Rips me to shreds but I just wanna but it on repeat and I do. The catchy uplifting guitar riff on Zoom. The steel drum intermixed with the chorus on Andy. Amazing album. Even the ones that did not stand out to me so much are a 7/10 or above. Standouts are Sunday Night, Zoom, Andy, Honolulu. Best moment is th bridge of Sunday night fs or the transition to the second verse on Honolulu. “Darling if you could read my mind…”
