she’s not perfect, she’s iconic. the reason this album is a pop bible is because it is as experimental as it is masterful. the things that don’t work for me on this album probably made as much sense or more as the choices i think changed music forever. and the cultural context, the backstory. jaws were dropped and mouths were shut. fave songs: gimme more, break the ice, get back least fave: ooh ooh baby
