This review will only focus on the bonus tracks, as my opinion on the original album is still the same as when I first listened to it. A part of me had a feeling a deluxe would come about. I think ZZ Ward's "Liberation" is just good enough, and the deluxe pretty much solidifies just that. It's not that the material is bad by any means (it's tolerable). It's just that it didn't capture me like I thought it would... but that's how I feel about the standard edition. Not a bad deluxe, and still not a bad album. But I will admit I may never understand blues rock in full.
