Fat Morgan is a 70s inspired rock band from Middletown, NJ. Featuring Joe Bargmann on vocals, Matt Conway on guitar, Chris Nova on bass, Stephen Giannikas on drums, Brendan Ring on organ/keyboards and John Mondi for any and all additional musical needs. Something special happens when Fat Morgan hits the stage: blistering organ lines perfectly accompanying frantic guitar solos, everything held together by a devilishly swinging rhythm section - and soaring above the noise of it all, cuts a timelessly raspy vocal. Fat Morgan is pure rock fury. The fire in the belly of the dormant beast that is rock 'n' roll. The debut album opens with the stompy, swampy Fat Morgan and its huge Sabbath-esque outro. Next comes the bluesy Girl With A Gun: the band’s signature track and live fan favorite. Then Moonlight Heights, a Stonesy summertime jam perfect for pairing with some ice cold brews. Next swaggers in the ferocious Sister Of The Sea, chock full of tasty solos and massive riffs. Next up is the ever kinetic Ram Jam, described by police as a "speeding ticket's worst nightmare." Closing the album is the terrific threesome: Some Of The Noise..., The Traveler, Pt. 1 & The Traveler, Pt. 2. Here, the band takes you on a journey through passages of sweet acoustic guitars, titanic electric riffs, swirling organ cadenzas and psychedelic solos.
