In their first five years, A Continent Named Coma has established a reputation across the American southwest as one of its most exciting new acts. With the incredible response to 'Removal of Thorns' and subsequent singles, the band went to share the stage with some of the genre's finest in Birds in Row, As Cities Burn, and State Faults and worked in collaboration with other southwestern bands such as Alistair, Young Misery, Celebration Guns, American Standards, and Holy Fawn. 2022 has seen ACNC share the stage with more national acts such as LIMBS, Greyhaven, The Callous Daoboys, Vientre, Soul Glo, Kill Michael, Sonnets, Vs Self, adding to a quickly-filling resume.   ACNC has a wide range of influences; they make tunes for fans of nostalgic post-hardcore/emo from artists like Underoath, The Used, and My Chemical Romance and for classic skramz fans of artists such as Orchid, Saetia, and post-rock/screamo titans envy. ACNC also experiments with a wide range of influences from genres like post rock/metal, progressive rock/metal, math rock, sludge, blackgaze, etc.   A Continent Named Coma is a three-piece band made up of Ryan, Tristan, and Paul and shares members with Malaise and Live Longer Burn Everything
