i saw discourse on twitter that this album is “blacker.” but this just feels like jack harlow experimenting with bedroom pop and it works. i’m sensing steve lacy inspo. however, it does fall into the trap of a lot tracks sounding similar. solid album. makes me want to listen to more jack harlow.
